Wild garlic dumplings

Ingredients for 4 persons:
200g Knödelbrot (dried bread cubes )
150g curd cheese
200g asparagus (peeled)
1 tablespoon flour
100g raw shredded wild garlic
1/2 onion (roasted)
salt and nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2 onion
1/8l cream
1/2l asparagus stock
salt and pepper

Mix all the ingredients for the dumplings and allow to rest.
Shape dumplings and boil for 20 minutes.
For the asparagus ragout:
Roast the onion, chop the raw asparagus finely and add to the onion. Pour on the asparagus stock and cream. Season and reduce. Serve with the dumplings.
